About Mike Lee

Mike has been coaching here at Clinton High School for 22 years.  He is our high school football coach & boys/girls golf coach.  He grew up in Lawton and went to High School in Shawnee.  He went on to play football at Panhandle State.  After graudating from Panhandle State he started his first coaching job at Atoka High School.  He was coaching in Alva before coming to Clinton.

Mike has always loved football because of the relationships you make. "I don't know if there's any other sport where you make the relationships you do in football. You play once a week, it's a grind. Two-a-days are hard. You find out what you're made of, and the people around you, what they're made of. It's a hard thing to replace. I still remember the guys I played with in high school. I played other sports, too, but you don't have as many memories of them. Football is a hard bond to break.Mike Lee
