Hill’s Pet Nutrition wrapped our district in kindness this season by hosting a coat drive for Clinton Public Schools. Their team gathered warm coats for students across our campuses, and the generosity has already made a real difference as temperatures drop. 💛🌪️

In a month centered on gratitude, we’re especially thankful for community partners who look for ways to lift others. Hill’s showed what it means to care for people with the same heart they bring to caring for pets, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. 🐾

The CHS Drama Club is ready to bring some holiday cheer with their performance of Jane Page's Bah, Humbug! on December 6 at 7:00pm. The show will take place in the CHS cafeteria, and the students have been working hard to put together a lighthearted twist on a classic story. 🎭🎩

Families, friends, and community members are invited to come out for an evening of laughs and holiday spirit as our students take the stage. 🎄

This season always brings our gratitude into focus, and Clinton Public Schools felt that thankfulness in a big way this week. Oklahoma Farm Bureau and agent Jeff Carlisle and his staff partnered with CPS to provide 1,100 coats and hoodies for students across the district. Their generosity goes far beyond a simple donation. It wraps our kids in warmth, reassurance, and the feeling that their community cares about them. 🧥

Support like this makes a real difference in our students' lives, and we’re truly grateful for partners who choose to care in such meaningful ways. 💛

Thank you, Jeff Carlisle and Farm Bureau, for investing in our kids. 🌪️

This season of thankfulness brought a sweet moment to Mrs. Brittany Miller’s classes. Students shared what they appreciate about one another, filling posters with kind words. Mrs. Miller said her favorite part was watching students scan for their name and light up when they found what their classmates had shared. 🥰

A small activity. A big reminder of how gratitude brings people together. 💛

This season brings a special kind of gratitude, and we feel it deeply across Clinton Public Schools. Our community shows up for each other in ways that make a real impact, and today we want to highlight a recent act of generosity. 💛

K&S Tire donated $5,000 to support the CPS Food Pantry. Their gift will help keep shelves stocked and ensure students and families have what they need. We’re thankful for partners who believe in caring for our kids and lifting up our community, and we're grateful for our school resource coordinators who care for our families.

Together we make a difference. 🌪️

Our CHS seniors delivered a standout performance at the SWOSU All Senior Honor Band in Weatherford yesterday. 🎶

L-R: Kristian Bennett, Wylder Smith, Lily Tarkington, and Grace Rivas spent the day working with remarkable clinicians, including Dr. Robert Pippin, Director of Bands at SWOSU, along with guest conductor Mrs. Mary Runyan. Their guidance helped shape a powerful and memorable concert. 🎺🥁

We appreciate the SWOSU Department of Music faculty and staff for hosting such a meaningful experience for our students.

Jingle Bucks, cocoa, and cookies made Friday feel warm and cheerful, but the best part of the day was celebrating the people who make this place special. Stipend day gave us the perfect moment to pause and recognize our entire staff for the heart and hustle they bring every single day. 💛

We also teamed up to give back to our community’s Christmas Connection, adding a little extra joy for local families this season. 🎄🎁

Thank you CPS staff for showing what Building Champions looks like through your work, your care, and your commitment to our kids. 🌪️

Across Clinton Public Schools, students and staff came together to honor our nation’s heroes during Veterans Day programs held throughout the district. 🇺🇸

From heartfelt speeches to the moving performances of the National Anthem and patriotic selections by our band and choirs, each assembly served as a reminder of the courage and sacrifice of those who have served. Veterans were recognized as honored guests, and students gained a deeper appreciation for the true meaning of service and freedom through the day’s tributes.

Thank you to all veterans for your bravery and dedication. We are grateful for your service today and every day. ❤️🤍💙

Parents, staff, and community members:

Following our appeal hearing with the OSSAA Board, the decision regarding our November 7 game has been upheld.

As a result, the Clinton Red Tornadoes will travel to Tuttle to take on the Tigers this Friday night at 7:00pm in the first round of the OSSAA playoffs.

While we are disappointed in the outcome, we respect the OSSAA’s decision and will continue to move forward with integrity and focus. Our coaching staff has implemented additional steps to ensure that all eligibility procedures are followed going forward.

We are proud of our players and coaches for how they’ve handled this situation and appreciate our community’s continued support. Let’s show up strong for our team Friday night in Tuttle.
