Hill’s Pet Nutrition wrapped our district in kindness this season by hosting a coat drive for Clinton Public Schools. Their team gathered warm coats for students across our campuses, and the generosity has already made a real difference as temperatures drop. 💛🌪️

In a month centered on gratitude, we’re especially thankful for community partners who look for ways to lift others. Hill’s showed what it means to care for people with the same heart they bring to caring for pets, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. 🐾

This season always brings our gratitude into focus, and Clinton Public Schools felt that thankfulness in a big way this week. Oklahoma Farm Bureau and agent Jeff Carlisle and his staff partnered with CPS to provide 1,100 coats and hoodies for students across the district. Their generosity goes far beyond a simple donation. It wraps our kids in warmth, reassurance, and the feeling that their community cares about them. 🧥

Our CHS seniors delivered a standout performance at the SWOSU All Senior Honor Band in Weatherford yesterday. 🎶

The Clinton Red Tornadoes head to Tuttle this Friday for a first-round playoff battle with the Tigers. Kickoff is set for 7:00pm, and our team is locked in for a fierce matchup on the road.

Here’s what you need to know for Friday night:
🎟️ Tickets can be purchased online at GoFan https://gofan.co/event/5332674?schoolId=OK21137 for $8.35 or at the gate for $10 cash. Anyone PreK and older will need a ticket to enter. OSSAA passes will be accepted.
🇺🇸 Veterans and one guest will receive free admission to first-round playoff games. Present a Military ID card or a driver’s license that lists military status at the gate.
🏈 Gates open at 5:45pm. Kickoff is at 7:00pm.
🥤 Outside food or drink is not allowed.

Across Clinton Public Schools, students and staff came together to honor our nation’s heroes during Veterans Day programs held throughout the district. 🇺🇸

From heartfelt speeches to the moving performances of the National Anthem and patriotic selections by our band and choirs, each assembly served as a reminder of the courage and sacrifice of those who have served. Veterans were recognized as honored guests, and students gained a deeper appreciation for the true meaning of service and freedom through the day’s tributes.

Following our appeal hearing with the OSSAA Board, the decision regarding our November 7 game has been upheld.

As a result, the Clinton Red Tornadoes will travel to Tuttle to take on the Tigers this Friday night at 7:00pm in the first round of the OSSAA playoffs.

While we are disappointed in the outcome, we respect the OSSAA’s decision and will continue to move forward with integrity and focus. Our coaching staff has implemented additional steps to ensure that all eligibility procedures are followed going forward.

We are proud of our players and coaches for how they’ve handled this situation and appreciate our community’s continued support. Let’s show up strong for our team Friday night in Tuttle.
